Driver Partner Terms

1. How it works

• You receive a personal QR code and link in your dashboard. When a tourist scans it, opens BaliCoupon and makes their first purchase within the attribution window shown in your dashboard, that purchase is attributed to you.
• For each attributed first purchase you earn the fixed reward published in your dashboard at the time of the purchase. Later purchases by the same customer do not earn a reward unless the programme says otherwise.
• Rewards become payable after the customer's voucher has been used and the review period has passed. A reward is cancelled if the order is refunded, disputed or found to be fraudulent.
• Payouts are made in IDR to the bank account you register, in periodic batches, after your recipient details are confirmed.

2. Rules

• Tell tourists honestly what BaliCoupon is: prepaid restaurant vouchers with the same prices for everyone. Do not promise discounts, tables or services that the offer does not include.
• Do not scan your own code, create fake customers, or buy vouchers to earn rewards. Such rewards are cancelled and the account is closed.
• Do not represent yourself as an employee of BaliCoupon or of any venue.
• You never receive the tourist's name, e-mail or phone number from us, and you must not ask us for them.
• Comply with the laws and licences that apply to your own transport or guiding activity.

3. Status and taxes

You act as an independent partner, not as an employee or agent of BaliCoupon. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on rewards you receive.

4. Changes and termination

• The reward amount and attribution window may change for future purchases; the values in force are always shown in your dashboard and in this document's version history.
• Either side may end the partnership at any time. Rewards already earned are paid out as usual; rewards for orders under review are paid once the review completes.

5. Liability and law

BaliCoupon is responsible for calculating and paying rewards as described. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Governing law: Republic of Indonesia; courts of Bali.
