Restaurant Partner Terms

1. How the marketplace works

• You create offers (a package of listed items or a single-use credit) with a sale price, a reference price, validity days and hours, an expiry rule, and optional limits (stock, daily cap, per customer).
• Every offer is reviewed by BaliCoupon before it is published. We may decline or unpublish an offer that is misleading, incomplete or not permitted (see section 5).
• Customers buy vouchers from BaliCoupon and pay BaliCoupon through its payment provider. You do not handle the customer's payment.
• The customer presents a QR code or backup code at your venue. Your staff scan it in the BaliCoupon cashier console; a voucher can be redeemed only once, only at your venue, only within the offer's validity.

2. Your obligations

• Honour every valid voucher exactly as described in the published offer, at the published times, without minimum spend or surcharges beyond what the offer states.
• Prices you publish include tax and service charge for the included items unless the offer clearly says otherwise.
• Keep offer information, opening hours, address and Google Maps link accurate. Pause an offer in your dashboard if you cannot serve it (closure, stock, private events).
• Train your staff to scan vouchers before serving and to enter the bill reference. Only staff you invited can access the cashier console; you are responsible for their use of it.
• Treat customers who come with a voucher the same as any other guest.

3. Money

• For each redeemed voucher you are entitled to the sale price minus the BaliCoupon commission shown in your dashboard at the time the offer was published. The commission rate is stated in the offer editor before you submit an offer and does not change for that offer version.
• Amounts become payable after the voucher is redeemed and the customer's payment has cleared with the payment provider. Unredeemed vouchers earn nothing until they are used.
• Payouts are made in IDR to the bank account you register with us, in periodic batches shown in your dashboard, after your recipient details are confirmed.
• Refunds: an unused voucher that is refunded is simply cancelled and nothing is owed to you. If a customer is refunded after using a voucher because the offer was not honoured, the refund is deducted from your next payout according to the allocation shown in your dashboard.
• Chargebacks and disputes raised by customers are handled by BaliCoupon with the payment provider; we will ask you for evidence (bill, time, staff name) and you agree to provide it within 3 days.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on the amounts you receive.

4. Customer data

You receive only what is needed to serve the customer: the voucher contents, its validity and the redemption record. You must not collect or use customer data obtained through BaliCoupon for marketing or share it with third parties.

5. Offers that are not allowed

• Offers that consist of, or advertise, alcohol or tobacco products (including shisha) are not permitted, because our payment provider prohibits them. Meals and non-alcoholic drinks are fine.
• Offers for anything illegal in Indonesia, misleading offers, and offers with hidden charges.

6. Term and termination

• The agreement starts when your application is approved and continues until either side ends it with 14 days' notice through the dashboard or by message.
• Vouchers sold before termination remain valid until their expiry and must be honoured; payouts for redeemed vouchers are completed as usual.
• We may suspend or terminate immediately in case of fraud, repeated refusal to honour vouchers, or breach of section 5.

7. Liability

You are responsible for the food, drinks, service and premises you provide and for complying with licensing, hygiene and consumer rules that apply to your venue. BaliCoupon is responsible for the marketplace, payment collection and payouts. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Governing law: Republic of Indonesia; courts of Bali.
